      <title>Unable to VIEW Easy Pay orders by month and auto delivery orders</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Is anyone else having issues viewing their easy pay orders (expecially by month) and auto delivery orders?&amp;nbsp; Last week when I noticed that the erbsite and app appeared to have been updated - I am now unable to view easy pays and auto delivery.&amp;nbsp; I can see my orders when I am in the all orders section of my account, but when clicking on the other tabs for easy pay and auto delivery, nothing populates.&amp;nbsp; I have tried explorer, firefox, chrome and the app on both a samsung and apple phone and nothing works.&amp;nbsp; I have called customer service and emailed them numerous times and they cannot figure out what the issue is.&amp;nbsp; I even had a co worker log onto her account on my computer and her account information populates.&amp;nbsp; This is very discouraging since I know I have easy pay by month orders and I cannot view then online anymore nor my autodelivery orders.&amp;nbsp; I don't want to have to call customer service every time I want to view or change something - that kind of defeats the purpose of CONVENIENCE.&amp;nbsp; Is anyone else having these issues?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.qvc.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/267952"&gt;@Simtwist&lt;/a&gt;Just checked.&amp;nbsp; Their screen looks different from the past, but I had no difficulty checking my EZPay.&amp;nbsp; I'm on my laptop using IE.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I did not check auto delivery.&amp;nbsp; I finished everything I'd had on AD and decided to try new products&amp;nbsp; -&amp;nbsp; when I start buying again.&amp;nbsp; Not buying anything much from anybody until after I move. Maybe having to organize and pack to move myself is why I can be so patient with QVC's problems.&amp;nbsp; Horrific job!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am on the system and don't care for it all. It's more complicated and time consuming.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Gives me a headache however I am able to navigate from easy pay to viewing easy pay by month and look at auto delivery and waitlist. So I am not sure what is going on, on your end. I had difficulty a while back but it fixed itself.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;Trying to do anything with Easy Pays using the Qs system is a nightmare.&amp;nbsp; You're lucky if you can even find them let alone figure out how to pay them off.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Everything is there.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;Hope it works for you.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.qvc.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/267952"&gt;@Simtwist&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;- It looks like you have the new Order Status layout (the one with lots of white on the page and long horizontal boxes around each order), correct? I recently had that layout implemented on my account as well, and there have definitely been some bugs. I know it's frustrating, but if you can wait and check again in a day or two, it is likely that your account details will be back to normal—that's what happened to me shortly after the changeover. The only lingering issue I'm experiencing is that the tracking details for returns are not working properly; all the other links and tabs have been adjusted and all data is now appearing as it should (even if I continue to hate the new format).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hang in there . . . hopefully things will start working for you soon! In the meantime, if you need help tracking anything from orders to payments and more, customer service or the social team (qvcsocialteam@qvc.com) should be able to help you. And again, even though it's frustrating right now, there's a good chance everything will show up for you properly anytime without requesting any special help; I just waited and eventually things worked out. I know that's not an ideal or comforting solution, though.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Yes, there is an issue with seeing easy pay by the month and I am dealing with it too. There are many issues with this new system that create extra steps. Website are supposed to make shopping easier but the Q hasn't got it together yet and it is very frustrating!!! For instance.... you can't look at your orders list and see the price you paid. You also can't see the item number or the order number. The only way to see these things is to click on the item or order details to take you to the order details. Why when clicking on the item name or picture should you be taken to order details when there is a link for that? Why can't we be taken to the item itself for, maybe purchasing another one or two? Why do we have extra steps for everything? Why do we go through our orders by the page and then want to back up one page using the back arrow only to end up at the first page rather backing up one page as desired. These are just some of the issues I have called on several times that are still not fixed. Aside from the slow shipping, slow returns, slow website.... when is QVC going to get it together??? I'm getting to the point of not shopping on the Q!!!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
