      <description>&lt;P&gt;I ordered sheets from HSN on Sept. 10th and they still show as "packaging."&amp;nbsp; If they don't ship today I'm calling HSN and telling them to forget it. That's ridiculous.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;REALLLLY long when you get the wrong item.&amp;nbsp; I ordered groovetech knives and got credit card vaults (whatever those are).&amp;nbsp; Not even close!&amp;nbsp; Back in the box and out on the porch for mailperson.&amp;nbsp; So I wait and wait for it to get back to QVC (I shipped 9/10, and package is in currently in Indiana).&amp;nbsp; Then you have to wait for them to process, ship, and shipment time back.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I think if the wrong thing is sent, QVC should expedite ship when they send the correct item back.&amp;nbsp; Mistakes will be made, but a little make-up time with getting the correct item would keep customers a little happier...... Just my thought.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I don't have trouble with HSN. They just don't have clothes I like as much.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I like their kitchen items, though. Each place has their good points.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I imagine all these places are like shops you see every day out in the world to few people hired and those few are over worked.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
