      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;Good Morning QVC Mods, &lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;Do you have anything to do with the Roku streaming channel for QVC? &amp;nbsp;I’m not sure if that’s under your (QVC) purview, or is it strictly Roku. &amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;Anyway, the channel is not working at all. &lt;/STRONG&gt;&amp;nbsp;When I click on it, nothing happens. &amp;nbsp;Then it goes back to the Roku Home screen. &amp;nbsp;No other Roku channels are like this. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.qvc.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/46711"&gt;@Foxxee&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; Uh oh, they have multiple problems again then. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;On Roku, QVC &amp;amp; HSN have combined their Roku app channel into only one. &amp;nbsp;So you have to click on the combined channel first, then &amp;nbsp;you have six channels - &amp;nbsp;all four QVC channels, and the two HSN channels — of which to choose to view. &amp;nbsp;Unfortunately, I cannot even get that first combined channel to “open.”&amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;I hope the signal improves on your service soon. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am having the same problem with my QVC app as you are.&amp;nbsp; But I have started watching QVC on my new Frndly app instead.&amp;nbsp; I signed up a month ago to get that service to watch the Hallmark movies and they provide the main channel QVC as well.&amp;nbsp; Which is nice because I can now DVR the Hallmark movies and QVC!&amp;nbsp; AT $7.99 a month it is pretty reasonable.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I just checked mine and it is working. I have experienced a lot of issues with the picture quality lately, especially on QVC2, but I watched for a few minutes and didn't see any problems today. In case it is helpful, I've occasionally found that I have better success watching QVC and QVC2 on the app if I use the left and down arrows to click the QVC tab first and then select the channel I want to watch from there. Good luck...&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I'm using Roku and am having issues with the QVC/HSN App which when opened, returns to the home screen. Also since using Roku for a month now every show of either qvc or hsn has frozen, had to reload or repeated itself in 1-3 second intervals occasionally. I've removed, then added the app, rebooted the Roku device and did a factory reset. All efforts did not resolve the issues.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;There are no issues with the many other apps, channels.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;QVC, PLEASE RESPOND TO THIS AND LET ME KNOW WHATS BEING DONE TO RESOLVE THESE ISSUES.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Weirdly this has been happening to me too, but only at night. When I get up in the morning it's fine. I've rebooted the roku and deleted and reinstalled the app but no luck until the next day. Hope someone can help.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Mine is doing this every night now...sometimes after midnite it might work but usually not until morning...its been the last 4 nights including right now...&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;edit: the rebooting, uninstalling and reinstalling does not help at all...this is the only channel app on ROKU that I have this problem with...everything else works great&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I haven't had any issues at all this week, and everything is working fine right now with the QVC app on my Roku 4.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;For those who are having problems, be sure to post the style and model of your Roku; perhaps that will help customer service identify a common source for the issue.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

We submitted the inquiry here and they are asking if anyone is still having issues &lt;STRONG&gt;can you share the Roku device/model and the operating system they're&amp;nbsp;on&lt;/STRONG&gt;.&amp;nbsp; That can all be found under: Settings à System à About.&amp;nbsp; Having this info would be really helpful.
