Note to IT department: Website not friendly, too hard to navigate, funky messagges popping up---too difficult to shop, hence too difficult to order, hence poor financial results for QVC!!

I'm trying to look up departments but I keep getting error messages. This has been happening for a while. I can't see anything.

I am unable to search for anything. I am trying to look up trench coats and other fashion items and all I get are ‘error’ messages.

I agree. Is this to hinder us from taking advantage of free shipping? I cannot get on any site to shop. Also I hate the new checkout. Too many changes. I loved the old one. Why change?

Yeah, I think this is entirely suspicious. I've been trying to look at the new fashion so I can possibly take advantage of free shipping but there's no way to look at anything. This is crazy. My prediction is it will get fixed at 12:01 am Monday morning...when free shipping is over.

I've been trying for hours to order and browse for Christmas gifts! There are nice topics to click on but it keeps going to a different page that has nothing to do with it!
I gave up this morning and went to Kohl's where I had a 30% off coupon in addition to their sales. Bought granddaughter pajamas, muckluck slipper socks cheaper than QVC and two pair Columbia socks.
Then got two bathroom rugs , matching towels and Kitchen towels for gifts, etc. Total after discounts $65. Plus a $10 coupon to return later!

Tonight I tried and prices on shipping weren't posted as free. Sorry QVC I QUIT TRYING!

Customer service rep also tried to log in to the QVC website and saw the error message that apparently a lot of other people are seeing. Glad that a QVC customer rep witnessed for herself because someone else tried to tell me there were no issues. WRONG. You can't order QVC if you can't see the selection of items to choose from. Was assured that if this persists QVC would honor four free payments and free shipping into Monday if need be. They should. It's their issue. Not a great way to wrap things up.

So tired of HTTP Error 500. . ."programming error or maintenance problem". . .QVC site completely useless. . .did you send your IT department home early today? Thank you so much for the Free Shipping and Easy Pay offers. . .too bad the customer can not search the website for potential purchases or order anything!!! What a joke.

My aggravated state over this site is beyond comprehension! This occurred during FFANY, as well. Every time I attempt a search it goes to a blank screen. Who needs to shop this way? I didn't have issues earlier in the day, but now I am unable to search. Honestly, I must make a concerted effort to reduce my shopping here.

i can not understand why the Q is always having problems with the website. Surprising because for a big company like th Q they should have better IT systems for backup.

On a Sunday, no less. QVC should have a IT crew on all the time. Can't order and use free shipping. I think it was planned. If not, extend the free shipping to all day tomorrow

I can't seem to search for anything or order anything. I Have been trying to search for prime time specials tonight , and they aren't even listed on front page tonight - let alone trying to find them under search. What's with QVC. They mustn't want or need our money anymore???
