    <description>&lt;P&gt;I placed an order on 10-10.&amp;nbsp; It has not shipped yet.&amp;nbsp; It was 2 items.&amp;nbsp; One item was FREE SHIPPING, the other item was shipping $3.50.&amp;nbsp; My order is still showing IN PROCESS.&amp;nbsp; It shows in process for both items.&amp;nbsp; I attempted to cancel the one with shipping charges and then reorder, but the system will not allow me to cancel.&amp;nbsp; Can you assist me with this and have the S &amp;amp; H removed/waived??&amp;nbsp; Thank you. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
