      <description>&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp; I received an email for an item that hasn’t shipped for a week. QVC informed me of a delay without any date for shipment. I checked my order status and my other orders are shipping while it still says in process! UPS arrived today with two &amp;nbsp;packages that I wasn’t aware had shipped! I thought improvements were in progress?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
