question about getting assistence from hsn

i was wondering if the mods here have any suggestions for getting help about ordering online at hsn. there has been a problem since july. some c/s reps know about the problem, but it isn't something that they can fix. i have asked them to escalate the problem. i've talked to someone that said he would escalate it and that i would hear from some group called hsn leadership,. so far nothing. the emails i get are from customer service, who can't provide any help.

any guidance from the mods here would be greatly appreciated.

I'd like to know how to have HSN simply UNSUBSCRIBE me from their emails. I've been hitting the "Unsubscribe" link and clicking on the correct prompts for several weeks. Have also written HSN emails about the same problem.

I have never cared for that Shopping Channel and don't want anything to do with future emails. Seems like HSN doesn't bother to check their emails or notifications. Frustrating!

Have you made sure the boxes are unchecked in your communication preferences?

Why would QVC mods know about HSN customer service? My understanding is that they remain separate companies even though they are owned by one umbrella organization. I tried to order one lousy mascara from HSN after 3 days of 20% off promotion. No place to type promo code, so that was the end of that. I'm not wasting my time trying to find out.

it is on the final page of your order. it says "APPLY DISCOUNT OR GIFT CARD." it is right above the items in your cart and right below the bill to and ship to addresses.

@Caffeina Of course! I've even CALLED them with my requent to be unsubscribed. No one seems to do anything about it. I have received two emails today. GRRRR.

@Desertdi Don't believe my email has blocking capabilities. It's on my PC. I'm able to block on FB, but have never figured out how to do so on email. Will continue to send "Unsubscribe" requests, emails and phone calls. SMH

No wonder I don't like HSN!

@Desertdi @Caffeina Geeze, can't win when trying to Unsubscribe from HSN. They've called twice today (which I've ignored) and left another email (which I've sent another "Unsubscribe" request with a nasty comment this time).

I've also marked their emails as "Junk Mail" on my PC since I'm unable to block them.

Didn't receive emails, until I requested to be removed! Must be Murphy's Law at work.

@BirkiLady When you click on "junk".......there should be a drop-down menu to choose "BLOCK"............

If you haven't done so, log into your account and select "manage preferences". Unselect anything that you don't want to receive with regard to emails from them. I have to agree their customer service is sub-par. I've only ordeded a couple of things but decided that I will not order from them again. Too much trouble getting the order website to work and when you talk to CS about an issue, you might as well keep working to figure it our yourself. I'M DONE!
