      <description>&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i was wondering if the mods here have any suggestions for getting help about ordering online at hsn. there has been a problem since july. some c/s reps know about the problem, but it isn't something that they can fix. i have asked them to escalate the problem. i've talked to someone that said he would escalate it and that i would hear from some group called hsn leadership,. so far nothing. the emails i get are from customer service, who can't provide any help.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;any guidance from the mods here would be greatly appreciated.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I'd like to know how to have HSN simply UNSUBSCRIBE me from their emails. I've been hitting the "Unsubscribe" link and clicking on the correct prompts for several weeks. Have also written HSN emails about the same problem.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have never cared for that Shopping Channel and don't want anything to do with future emails. Seems like HSN doesn't bother to check their emails or notifications.&amp;nbsp;&lt;EM&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Frustrating!&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I'm not wasting my time trying to find out.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

They've called twice today (which I've ignored) and left another email (which I've sent another "Unsubscribe" request with a nasty comment this time).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've also marked their emails as "Junk Mail" on my PC since I'm unable to block them.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Didn't receive emails, until I requested to be removed! Must be Murphy's Law at work.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;If you haven't done so,&amp;nbsp;log into your account and select "manage preferences". Unselect anything that you don't want to receive with regard to emails from them. I &amp;nbsp;have to agree their customer service is sub-par.&amp;nbsp; I've only ordeded a couple of things but decided that I will not order from them again.&amp;nbsp; Too much trouble getting the order website to work and when you talk to CS about an issue, you might as well keep working to figure it our yourself.&amp;nbsp; I'M DONE!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
