      <description>&lt;P&gt;How long are we supposed to wait to know a package is missing?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I ordered&amp;nbsp;H219731 on 08/16.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;According to tracking info, a label was created on 08/18 at 2:00 PM.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Package departed&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN class="ups-text_atomic ups-text_separate"&gt;08/18&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN class="ups-text_atomic"&gt;4:15 P.M. from Florence SC and then NOTHING.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN class="ups-text_atomic"&gt;Did this ever actually leave the warehouse? It's already 08/24 and there has been NO activity.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN class="ups-text_atomic"&gt;Thank you&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;The answer to the question is we generally wait til after the EDD is met. In this case, the EDD is 8/26. However, there are no scans after the 18th and I think it is too long for you to have to wait. Would you like me to send out the replacement now?&lt;/P&gt;

On your side of things, does it show that I didn't actually return these items?? &lt;P&gt;Please do not worry about about your non receipt items being listed as a processed return. When we do manual intervention to refund/exchange etc the accounting label may be incorrect. During an audit process (to establish the number of returns) our coding would be seen as correcting a "wrong". Hope this is helpful.&lt;/P&gt;
