i was having a problem yesterday.

i was using the microsoft edge browser to try and place an order and was having multiple issues.

i switched over to firefox and everything went through easily.

try switching browsers, if possible.

This is the second time I have had this problem. I just gave up and called customer service and they placed the order. This new system is terrible.
