&lt;P&gt;I am so sorry for the inconvenience this is causing you. Unfortunately our systems will not even allow us to cancel an item. But we can save you a trip to the post ofice for the return as we will pick it up for you. Would you mind sending another email to us? That would go to QVCSocialTeam@qvc.com and please include the order number. I will make this as easy as possible with no more inconvenience for you.&lt;/P&gt;
