Why Wasn’t My Review Posted?

I submitted a review of an Isaac Mizrahi top which was never posted although other reviews dated later have been printed. I gave the top a 4 star rating citing the lovely material, colors and print and explained my reasons for reluctantly returning which were based on it being a too full cut for my small frame. It was a totally respectful review which I thought might be helpful feedback to people of all sizes. Any thoughts as to why it was rejected?

As long as you didn't write anything against the review rules, try this:

One quick test is to try to write another review. If the system has your original, the screen will say "Duplicate Review," and show you your original review. Since you cannot submit more than one review for the same item, perhaps it's still being reviewed and will post in the next few days.

If the "duplicate review" screen does not show up, you may not have clicked the "Submit" button, or some other reason it did not get processed. If that's the case, you can write another one.

@Caaareful Shopper @Thank you for your suggestions. I’m quite sure it was received because a statement popped up saying that there might be a delay in posting it due to volume. I don’t really care that much to pursue it but was just curious. I just checked on the item and saw several reviews with fewer stars that were not too flattering. Anyway, I’m out the door to enjoy my Sunday. Hope everyone survives this heat!

@nevergivesup - I've noticed that a few of my product reviews have taken a really long time to be posted lately, so there's still a chance your review will show up; delays have happened with both positive and negative reviews for me.

The last bunch of reviews I submitted over the last week were posted immediately, some the same day!

@ScarletDove - Several of my reviews were posted within 24 hours but others were not posted for a week. As is the case with many aspects of QVC technology, there seems to be no rhyme or reason in the way reviews are processed.
