topic Size charts in Customer Care

I recently purchased item #A279482. It's a LOGO faux suede jacket. It's beautiful. That's where it ends. Apparently this has been in stock for at least 2 years & customers are complaining of how tight the arms are. The hosts even mentioned it but said not to worry because it has a lot of stretch. I looked at the size chart & decided on a large. I measured my arm just to make sure. I have 14" circumference 1" below my armpit. The size chart says a large is 15.1875". Well it's not it's 12"'s to be exact.I am returning as defective. I would be nice if you would adjust the size chart after so many complaints. Your customers don't want the hassle of returning items that are not sized correctly. I hope someone addresses this problem. I used to totally depend on the size chart & they were pretty accurate. Now we are depending on other customers & that's not reliable either. Everyone is a different shape. Thank you
