QVC What does what I typed below mean?

Expecting reply only from QVC Customer Service....

Tried to check on delivery dates of my 2 last orders and when I clicked on QVC.com order status this message in red displayed I typed in below:

We're sorry, the system could not process your request as the service is unavailable. Please try again later, or contact Customer Service at 1-888-345-5788 for more information.

Of course Customer Service is now closed 1:50 am....

Please QVC Customer Service Rep advise reply on this thread and thank you!
