The quality sizing shipping returns for crediting are no way customer service nor where I want to spend money and have to keep an item for fear of a reprimand, other places to shop free shipping and half the time no tax! &amp;nbsp;This won’t post for others to see that is the world we are living in truth hurts!!!!!!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I’m not sure what VP customer service is, but I assume this is another post about getting “the letter”! &amp;nbsp;As in the infamous letter that says since you’ve returned more items than you’ve kept, your QVC account is closed&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;As others have said, on this and numerous other threads over the years, if you’ve received this letter, you need to take a good look at your reasons for continuing to make purchases from a company where you end up returning so many items. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;If someone abuses a company's return policy, then they deserve to have their account closed.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;And yes, even brick and mortar stores keep track of chronic&amp;nbsp;serial returners, and even b &amp;amp; m stores can, and more importantly have, banned people from any future returns.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I buy alot, &amp;amp; keep most of It, so, percentage wise, my returns are low, but may be higher than others who don't shop as much. Just a guess, but I think QVC must look at the whole picture. If that's the case, then I would think it must be a severe situation for them to not want to do business with someone.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Some people habitually return items - to the Q or to some B&amp;amp;M stores, etc.&amp;nbsp; It's a hobby for them.&amp;nbsp; It gives them something to do, I suppose.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm glad stores are cutting off people who do this.&amp;nbsp; It costs them money to deal with frequent returners - and they pass that cost onto all of us.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
