    <description>&lt;P&gt;I’m growing increasingly weary and frustrated at how long it takes items to ship. &amp;nbsp;I have orders that have been “in process” for a week. &amp;nbsp;I could have ordered the same items from Amazon, had free shipping and they would have been delivered days ago and if I were able to cancel and order from Amazon, I would have done so. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I’m quickly losing interest in ordering things from QVC. &amp;nbsp;I also have items that I’ve returned and are nowhere to be found. &amp;nbsp;I would think that charging so much for shipping that the Q would have this thing down and be more efficient.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Well forget about the length of time it now takes to get a return credit. That, too, is having an impact on my future orders.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
