    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;I ordered the TSV shoes and within 15 minutes I realized they would NOT work for me...nope, "in process" and couldn't be cancelled.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;Although, this time I am going to request they give me credit for the return shipping because I'm sure they'll be "in process" for at least another 5 days!.. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;IMHO, an order should be in process no more than three days. &amp;nbsp;However, QVC seems to hav e a different plan for how long items should be "in process". &amp;nbsp;No wonder I'm ordering less and less.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;For example, they had a Blizzard fan on one of the Q channels the other day. &amp;nbsp;If I ordered it here, it would probably take at least a week for me to get it. &amp;nbsp;I ordered the same exact fan from Amazon (minus the included AAA batteries) and received it the next day. &amp;nbsp;And saved about $7 in the process.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
