      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;Fellow QVC shoppers there is hope!&amp;nbsp; The last three items I ordered were all shipped within a few days and arrived in record time.&amp;nbsp; I was so down on QVC's shipping that I was ready to throw in the towel.&amp;nbsp; It sounds like QVC is listening to our complaints and doing something about it.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have not had problems with the shipping, but the return process is a disaster. &amp;nbsp;Warehouse gets return then does not credit your account for weeks. &amp;nbsp;The exchange process is just as bad. &amp;nbsp;They will ships something back out to you weeks later. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;Yes, seeing improvement, not only with QVC...UPS, too.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;QVC - 2 1/2 days in process.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;UPS - 2 days from pickup in South Carolina to delivery in &lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;Pennsylvania.&amp;nbsp; Wow!&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;QVC's EDD was 6/20. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;florabelle, I'm glad to hear this for you and that your faith has been restored!&amp;nbsp; HAHA!!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;However, I cannot say the same.&amp;nbsp; An item ordered June 4 is still showing 'in process' today, June 14!!!&amp;nbsp; 10 DAYS in process!!!!!&amp;nbsp; I called CS two days ago and was told it showed the item had been pulled and should be shipping out.&amp;nbsp; Yet, it is still in process.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I ordered another item on Monday, June 11, early in its presentation.&amp;nbsp; The item did sell out in the color I chose. Yesterday I noticed it is on Backorder, and this morning I received an email that they are sorry, but will be unable to fulfill my order. What the heck?!?!?!?!?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I feel we are on board a sinking ship!&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;I did receive an email from QVC recently asking for patience. &amp;nbsp;They are making changes to the order system.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;So everyone please say a prayer that this positive experience continues. &amp;nbsp;Afraid I am actually nervous when changes happen, but crazy things happen when these changes occur.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;Just yesterday I was unable to access my order status history. &amp;nbsp;I have a Mac computer where I can store my passwords and QVC kept indicating that information was incorrect and I was denied access. &amp;nbsp;This did correct itself later in the day, but this is just what I am referring to about changes.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;Just yesterday my shopping cart view is a difference format. &amp;nbsp;Never know what to expect.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
