    <description>&lt;P&gt;I placed 2 orders during the last Xmas in July event on 7/29/16 for several items. But of course every invoice says "return within 30 days...." on it. I'm in California and my invoices are dated JULY 30TH although the price reflects the Event Price on each item I ordered vs the price jumps on every item after 3AM EST. Does this mean all my items are not covered by the extended return policy? I already received 2 broken items right out of the box and need to know if I have to rush to have them returned to QVC? Or if I can hold off and see if the items come back in stock for replacement etc. Thanks.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;If your items were purchased during CIJ you should have until Jan. 31st/2017 to return them.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; You can always call CS just to make sure.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

If/when you need to return any of these items, may I suggest calling customer service so they can make a note on the return that it qualifies.
