11 days "In Process" Now shipped from Ontario, California to South Florida, GROUND!!!

Come on QVC! I ordered (6) yes I repeat (6) items 11 days ago, stating "In Process" for way too long. Received email my items shipped on the 12th day from none other than Ontario, California. I live in South Florida. QVC knows they are at fault for this horrendous shopping experience yet the least they could have done was ship it "overnight" so the customer could get it in 24 hours, but QVC doesn't care, they sent it 'GROUND' UPS and will have to travel across the country for the nect 3-4 days and than waiting for ups shifting it over to USPS, and before you know it, the customer is waiting over two (2) weeks for a item. QVC, puts the customer last and the least they could have done was have it on them and ship the items across the country overnight, but they chose the cheapest way and the way that inconveniences the customer, but saves them money.

@tropics21 - There may be a tiny silver lining: If the shipment is marked UPS Ground and not UPS SurePost, that means UPS will deliver it directly to you.

I've decided when you order numerous items at once, it delays the processing while they try to get it together and ship it in one package. My personal best was 7 days processing. One the other hand I've ordered a Quacker shirt twice and both times it shipped in 24 hours from Ontario.

@Kachina624 You're right about the multiple items. When I order only one item from anywhere it usually ships pretty quickly. When I order multiple items, though, it often takes longer.......especially if one item is jewelry and one other is a blouse, for instance. I figure they have to go to too many places to gather items together to ship in one box.

I'm a little confused...there have been so many threads on this poor shipping and processing situation and many posts by the OP.

If I was that upset, I would stop shopping here. It doesn't seem to get better over time.

Why keep buying from a company that does not meet your expectations and deliveries?

Believe me I know what you mean.! I placed an order for 5 D&C items on April 19th and still in process they were supposed to be deliver today but nothing today and called CS and now the estimate delivery in May 9th. This not acceptable! Plus they have already charge my credit card. NOT HAPPY AT ALL!!.

Why would anyone want to deal with a company that riles them up so?

If local shopping is not an option, there are tons of other online retailers including Amazon that would better serve.

Due to the internet....Qvc is never the only option.

Please don't get so upset. Slow deliveries are just not worth it unless it is life saving medication.

Kindly stop your admonishment of me. You do not know my situation, but I will tell you. I am handicapped and unable to walk. I have been shopping for 30 years with QVC, I am used to their mdse and clothing and it is my preferance, or was. I don't need to be admonished or treated like a lowlife, freedom of speech is what I exhibited, but the guidelines of these boards prohibit anyone from being unkind and making inappropriate remarks. I and others don't appreciate being told where to shop. Have a nice day

I kept be told it was an issue with "one" of their factories. Interesting, that I order (2) Logo Leggins, on two different days in different colors. The one I order second, was shipped before the 1st one that was in process for 11 days. That item along with the rest were shipped from Ontario, California. I will add that one of the items is even a Tatcha product, and most cosmetics get shipped from N. Carolina. All of the items I ordered with different, clothing, cosmetics, and sunglass. One would think in the computer tech world, they would coordinate shipping. As a matter of fact, I ordered some Prive sunglasses, 4 of them, not part of this order, and each sunglass, all ordered together, were shipped SEPARATELY with different tracking numbers. What a waste of money for the customer. QVC gets 3.50 for each sunglass when they could be shipped all together in one box for less shipping, and at the end qvc would have a happy company. Perhaps Jeff Bezo's needs to purchase QVC and their other companies to get it running correctly.

If you don't read the boards, that you wouldn't be aware that there is a long standing problems, for months, on processing, than shipping, and now returns. That being said, the moderators can't help, if you read the boards. The CS can't help and the reason anyone can't help is because corporate refuses to provide factual information to tell the customers as to the problem. So there is your answer. They are aware of it, social is aware, CS is aware but everyone is kept in the dark, including customers, and the reason I am posting is the same reason everyone else is posting for the same reasons hoping they would come to their senses and utilize their IT department to post an explanation for customers. FYI, the purpose of the boards is for information negative or positive, in case you weren't aware, i.e. your comment that I am always angry.

@tropics21 add me to the other posters who have to ask why you continue to shop at QVC since it seems you’re always disappointed.

You stated many times, in your April posts, that you were never going to shop here again. Yet you recently placed an order for six items? That’s a lot....I might place one or two orders a month, and am overall happy with QVC.

Why? Why? Why would someone who posts about how awful this business is, and how incompetent the employees are, and how corporate just doesn’t care....why are you still ordering more “stuff”?

yes, I saw the post about your mobility issues, but there are so many other etailers.

Do you need recommendations for other places where you can get fast, free shipping?

april longest time from ordering to receiving.... 8 days.

i think qvc is doing a pretty darn good job getting my items to me.
