    <description>&lt;P&gt;I'm a little confused...there have been so many threads on this poor shipping and processing situation&amp;nbsp;and many posts by the OP.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If I was that upset, I would stop shopping here.&amp;nbsp; It doesn't seem to get better over time.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Why keep buying from a company that does not meet your expectations and deliveries?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Come on QVC!&amp;nbsp; I ordered (6) yes I repeat (6) items 11 days ago, stating "In Process" for way too long. Received email my items shipped on the 12th day from none other than Ontario, California.&amp;nbsp; I live in South Florida.&amp;nbsp; QVC knows they are at fault for this horrendous shopping experience yet the least they could have done was ship it "overnight" so the customer could get it in 24 hours, but QVC doesn't care, they sent it 'GROUND' UPS and will have to travel across the country for the nect 3-4 days and than waiting for ups shifting it over to USPS, and before you know it, the customer is waiting over two (2) weeks for a item. QVC, puts the customer last and the least they could have done was have it on them and ship the items across the country overnight, but they chose the cheapest way and the way that inconveniences the customer, but saves them money. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;I've decided when you order numerous items at once, it delays the processing while they try to get it together and ship it in one package.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;My personal best was 7 days processing.&amp;nbsp; One the other hand I've ordered a Quacker shirt twice and both times it shipped in 24 hours from Ontario.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;I kept be told it was an issue with "one" of their factories.&amp;nbsp; Interesting, that I order (2) Logo Leggins, on two different days in different colors.&amp;nbsp; The one I order second, was shipped before the 1st one that was in process for 11 days.&amp;nbsp; That item along with the rest were shipped from Ontario, California.&amp;nbsp; I will add that one of the items is even a Tatcha product, and most cosmetics get shipped from N. Carolina. &amp;nbsp; All of the items I ordered with different, clothing, cosmetics, and sunglass.&amp;nbsp; One would think in the computer tech world, they would coordinate shipping.&amp;nbsp; As a matter of fact, I ordered some Prive sunglasses, 4 of them, not part of this order, and each sunglass, all ordered together, were shipped SEPARATELY with different tracking numbers.&amp;nbsp; What a waste of money for the customer.&amp;nbsp; QVC gets 3.50 for each sunglass when they could be shipped all together in one box for less shipping, and at the end qvc would have a happy company.&amp;nbsp; Perhaps Jeff Bezo's needs to purchase QVC and their other companies to get it running correctly.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;If you don't read the boards, that you wouldn't be aware that there is a long standing problems, for months, on processing, than shipping, and now returns.&amp;nbsp; That being said, the moderators can't help, if you read the boards.&amp;nbsp; The CS can't help and the reason anyone can't help is because corporate refuses to provide factual information to tell the customers as to the problem.&amp;nbsp; So there is your answer.&amp;nbsp; They are aware of it, social is aware, CS is aware but everyone is kept in the dark, including customers, and the reason I am posting is the same reason everyone else is posting for the same reasons hoping they would come to their senses and utilize their IT department to post an explanation for customers. &amp;nbsp; FYI, the purpose of the boards is for information negative or positive, in case you weren't aware, i.e. your comment that I am always angry.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
