      <description>&lt;P&gt;Shipping items purchased from QVC many years ago was never a question or a problem! &amp;nbsp;Now, you have to wait AFTER THE EDD till your item ships! All my purchases the past few days supposedly arriving on the 25th of April will arrive 3 to 4 days later.....What has happened to QVC? Your CUSTOMER SERVICE reps on the phone don’t even care less about our issues.....just gives an answer as what is shown on her end.....”In Process”..... AMAZON has the best shipping, and they stand behind their customers big time! I love their Customer Service as well! QVC, it is very disappointing, that we have been with your company for many years as loyal customers, but now we are taken for granted behind all these annoying shipping issues that takes forever and ever!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;Please be patient; QVC is in the middle of a huge transition.&amp;nbsp; They're consolidating HSN merchandise and reorganizing facilities.&amp;nbsp; Many items will be stocked both on the East and West coasts so they can get things to us sooner.&amp;nbsp; They will be opening a huge one million sq ft warehouse facility in Bethlehem, Pa. which I'm guessing will be highly automated.&amp;nbsp; With the acquisition of HSN, they are undergoing "growing pains".&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;Excuse the "attitude" of CS reps, but there isn't a thing they can do about the situation except sympathize.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;In keeping with QVC policy, they are kept in the dark (bad QVC), and don't know why shipping is slow or when your item will ship.&amp;nbsp; They probably hear the same complaints a hundred times a day so don't be surprised if they don't fall out in throes of amazement over yours.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;Please don't compare Amazon and QVC.&amp;nbsp; Amazon makes plenty of mistakes (I've been a victim of 2 recently) and they're not as zippedly fast as they used to be.&amp;nbsp; Keep in mind that the Q, runs at least three 24 hour TV programs in addition to pulling and shipping orders.&amp;nbsp; It's a much more complex operation.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;I know it's frustrating to be waiting for your orders that seem to process and process endlessly.&amp;nbsp; I just had several ship that had been in processing hell&amp;nbsp;for seven days.&amp;nbsp; I think of it as heightening the anticipation, trying to be positive.&amp;nbsp; Just be glad YOU don't have to straighten out the warehouse mess.&amp;nbsp; What a job that must be!l&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Agreed.&amp;nbsp; I am a returning customer after many years.&amp;nbsp; I quite shopping at QVC because of shipping charges and high cost of goods.&amp;nbsp; I found a couple of items I liked, so thought I'd give them one more chance.&amp;nbsp; When it became clear I wouldn't receive my orders long after the EDD, I tried to cancel.&amp;nbsp; Couldn't cancel because orders were "in process", tho' not yet shipped.&amp;nbsp; Looking at the shipping issues posts in Customer Care, I see this has been going on for months.&amp;nbsp; I won't be doing business with QVC any longer.&amp;nbsp; There are too many online vendors that have their acts together, charge approriately and ship promptly and often with free shipping.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;I agree with the posters that QVC should be held accountable, no excuses are acceptable.&amp;nbsp; As said, they publically state their standards are quality, service, yet the customers are kept in the dark for months regarding not only "In process" issues, but now "shipping issues" and "credits for our returns. &amp;nbsp; Businesses the size of QVC make acquisitions all the time and part of the due diligence is to be able to handle it. Obviously QVC can't and chose the cheap route.&amp;nbsp; I have no time for excuses that they are condensing HSN and qvc warehouses?&amp;nbsp; That should not be an excuse, building a central shipping place, should not effect the customers.&amp;nbsp; It should be coordinated so it doesn't.&amp;nbsp; SO I ASK QVC, WHY IS IT THAT 3 DEPARTMENTS ARE FAILING?&amp;nbsp; IT IS NOT JUST ONE. YOU HAVE PROCESSING DEPARTMENT, THAN SHIPPING, AND THAN RETURNING CREDITS, WHAT IS THE PROBLEM DO YOU HAVE ONE EMPLOYEE IN EACH DEPARTMENT DOING ALL THE WORK.&amp;nbsp; SPEND YOU BILLIONS AND HIRE MORE PERSONNEL IMMEDIATELY, AS YOU ARE LOSING MONEY FOR MONTHS&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I ORDERED an item last APRIL 21st with a $21.72 SHIPPING AND HANDLING and the item was ONLY SHIPPED TODAY, MAY 1st! I called CUSTOMER SERVICE last week they said the called me on the 26th of April! HUH, i do not see any incoming calls from QVC on my Caller ID......They sent me a letter which I only received a DAY AGO!!!! I have so many things that I would like to purchase from the Q, but I had to STOP! Very scary and annoying with all these SHIPPING issues.....&lt;/P&gt;</description>
