      <description>&lt;P&gt;Yes, they're again down and have been for me all day. It's not about the 'hearts' it's about knowing when someone gives you a shout out and is anticipating a response. I have to agree, this website, both the social and retail sides, is and always has been a travesty. A multibillion dollar international retailer and this is the best they can come up with? Sort of a sad statement about priorities.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

If it isn’t Notifications, it &lt;EM&gt;will&lt;/EM&gt; be something else.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Notifications are not a big deal to me, but they are to others. &amp;nbsp;I see nothing wrong with the ones who care complaining about not receiving them.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
