      <description>&lt;P&gt;I received this bag yesterday and it is absolutely gorgeous.&amp;nbsp; I did notice though that my bag is missing the Scottie dog hang tag. Has anyone else that ordered this bag had the same issue?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is it possible to contact the&amp;nbsp; company and have one sent to me or would I have to go through the hassle of packing this all back up and returning it just for the tag?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Why is it such a hassle to pack something up and take it to the post office.&amp;nbsp; If you received an item w/missing parts, you need to send it back for one that is complete.&amp;nbsp; QVC would pay the S&amp;amp;H to send you another.&amp;nbsp; OR you could contact the company and they MIGHT send you one.&amp;nbsp; You have to take the steps first.&amp;nbsp; Call customer service first but I'm pretty sure they don't have extra parts they can send and they aren't going to take one off another bag.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
