      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello, I see that there have been several comments on the lengthy PROCESSING stage. I placed an order on 2/12 for 2 indoor/outdoor rugs. They were not on advanced order. Upon checing the status, it is STILL showing that they are in process, with the EDD being today. I tried to canel them, because now I just don't want them anymore, because it should not take 10 days to prepare to ship. Can you help me please?&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Order numbers: and&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
