MODS Please help with Notification Issues

I myself am experiencing problems with notifications not working and it seems as if many others are as well. Can someone please let us know if this problem is being addressed and if a timetable has been established on when functionality will be restored?

The notifications were working fine for me up to yesterday or the day before, but today nothing. I assumed I didn't have any until I started looking at some of my posts and noticed I'd had hearts or responses.

One thing that's never worked for me is the sort feature; if you search for a topic and try to sort it, for example, in date order. It never works and the topics are just a jumble, which isn't much help, if you only want to see recent topics.

Not the most robust of forums, that's for sure.

@Johnnyeager The hearts may not be a big deal, but when someone pages me I want to know about it. I may not go back to that thread to read the response. I would very much like to see Notifications working again.

This has gone on for days and I’ve yet to see a moderator comment on this once. Maybe I missed it, but it doesn’t seem to be a priority for them.

@LTT1 Do the Mods feel they no longer have to answer customers in this

forum? Has anyone gotten a response from the mods on this? I guess they are too busy deleting threads to do anything else.

@Ketra The first time this was brought up in this forum the mods replied that they reported the issue. They have responded at least once that I saw.

Think about it...if you were running a forum, what would be the surest way to end it?

I have been thinking about this, and it seems that cutting off cross-communication would be a sure-Fire way to end it.

Why have a forum? After all, this exists to engender sales (of QVC products) right?
