    <description>&lt;P&gt;I sent back a duraflame heater and took it to our post office.. have a receipt .. it shows&amp;nbsp; that they have entered a tracking status number on 1/27 .. that's 17 days ago. there is no excuse for anyone to have to wait almost three weeks waiting for them to do something with my return&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I do see tracking information from the shipping to you, but I am not seeing tracking for the return.       <description>&lt;P&gt;I sent back a quilt set on 8/13 because it was defective.&amp;nbsp; Still waiting for my refund.&amp;nbsp; QVC always says it's your bank's fault.&amp;nbsp; Also changed an order for the TSV Vita Mix to pay for 2 day delivery.&amp;nbsp; Now I have a hold on the initial order with standard shipping.&amp;nbsp; I called CS and they said it would would take 3-5 business days for it to be dropped off my account and to credit my account.&amp;nbsp; This is ridiculous.&amp;nbsp; They now owe me $100.&amp;nbsp; Other companies immediately reverse a charge if you have changed something. QVC makes millions of dollars in interest on our money not being refunded in a timely manner.&amp;nbsp; Not good business.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
