I guess I'm not surprised...&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If they want feedback, they ought to read these forums... It might not be 'scientific' but it might open a few eyes...&lt;/P&gt;</description>

In case anyone is curious, there are three multiple-choice questions and an open-ended final question for submitting feedback. I just uploaded all my recommendations from a thread I posted in Q Talk on this subject, so we'll see what happens next.&amp;nbsp;It is nice that they're trying to figure out what their customers need to have in order to make the recent changes work.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I'm a faithful shopper at the Q. Anyhow, I got to the very end and they asked for some identification data.. age, etc...then click done....and I got a message back that I didn't fit the profile they were looking for but thanks anyway!!!!&amp;nbsp; I assume I was too old. It really made me feel bad. I spent a lot of time on that survey. If they didn't want to hear from everyone, they should have filtered people up front, not at the very end.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;Very thoughtless of them.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;yeah, they left out the good stuff and added more bad. I"d like to be able to talk to people I consider real pals offline like have a pm (private message) available to people who want to talk to others if somebody came in that you didn't care for you could just block them.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Should close the boards on Xmas Eve and Day too.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Should be able to say more, too, without getting poofed.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I don't really know why they have these boards in first place to tell U the truth&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Must be to their benefit.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

What about those who may not have a smart phone??
