    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;Today I received two boxes. Fortunately the UPS man brought them from my front steps to the garage. Both had packing labels outside. The thin box was the shrub I had ordered two of with the receipt showing item 1 of 2.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;The second box that was HUGE had a receipt listing item 2 of 2.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;When I opened the box it was an enormous sheep!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;The shipping charges were listed either wrong or confusing because each charged shipping.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;&amp;nbsp;The Customer service rep said I would be charged what I had on my online invoice, apologizied and said she would send a replacement tree, then thanked me for calling.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;I asked her what to do about the sheep. (She had forgotten about it). She said she would send a pick up request in and they would do it tomorrow and to put a note in with the sheep. Then she said they can’t do it tomorrow so to call back in 2 days to find out when they will get it.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;Teasingly I asked why I just can’t keep the sheep since it’s so much trouble for me. She said “Oh, no you can’t keep the sheep”, I laughed and told her I don’t want the sheep but it’s a lot of trouble for something I didn’t order.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;WELCOME TO THE NEW QVC!&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Mods PLEASE help...no packing receipt</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Dear Mods,&amp;nbsp; I recieved an AreoPilates Magic Circle, that I ordered on line, that shipped directly from AreoPilates, via UPS.&amp;nbsp; However, there was NO packing&amp;nbsp;reciept in the box, or on the box.&amp;nbsp; Never had this happen before, so what should I do? &lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;LI&gt;Log into your account on qvc.com and click on order status which on the left under My Account.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Find the order you need the invoice for and click View My Order on the left hand under the Order Date.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;On the next screen, you will see a link for Print Invoice at the top right of the page.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/LI&gt;

Most of the time, when a product is "drop shipped" to the customer, no receipt is with the product. &amp;nbsp; That is common.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="batang,apple gothic"&gt;&amp;nbsp;Just &amp;nbsp;make a copy the receipt that QVC has online and that will be enough for your warranties and or returns.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I've called CS twice now regarding changes qvc has recently made to where they're placing our receipts.&amp;nbsp; Last week a pkg had those 3-part mailing / receipt / (with ALL MY BILLING INFO) /return label all on the OUTSIDE of the box; It had snowed hard and my package was wet - so were the labels - making them loose/ falling off and impossible to save.&amp;nbsp; Call me old fashioned but I like to save my receipt!.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Besides being a safety concern (my customer number &amp;amp; pymt option were easy for anyone to find on the outside of the box since the labels were wet &amp;amp; peeling) it's impossible to save these&amp;nbsp; 'sticky' receipts&amp;nbsp; without placing another piece of paper on the back of it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Today I got two boxes with the maling label &amp;amp; receipt placed directly over the center opening and heavily taped over.&amp;nbsp; Try getting the receipt out without destroying it!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Whatever happened to those nice plasic 'sleeves' that qvc used on the outside of boxes?&amp;nbsp; They were secure, AND kept our receipts secure as well.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Or better yet qvc - keep our&amp;nbsp; receipts INSIDE our pkgs - or are you trying to make us 'forget how much we&amp;nbsp; order/ buy / owe?&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;And YES, I KNOW I can always check online - BUT I SHOULDN'T HAVE TO!&amp;nbsp; Customers have the right to know their receipts are securely packaged.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
