    <description>&lt;P&gt;I sent a Diamonique earring&amp;nbsp;in for repairs. There was no way to track the jewelry other than calling c.s&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I was disappointed that the repair department was so inefficient by not informing customers with the repair status.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It took me over two months to get my earring back.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Diamonique Repair - Mod help please</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I sent a diamonique eternity pave ring for a lost stone replacement to the address QVC advised me. It does not show on my acct the return. It was sent 11/5/18 and to this date - nothing.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;i just called QVC CS and the gentleman was not very reassuring. Supposedly he commented my acct but gave me no answers. On my acct I cannot find his comments. He just told me to keep checking back. Really?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;How do I track my repair order? Why doesn't QVC keep me informed of: receiving, repair status, estimated time of return? &amp;nbsp;When you watch diamonique person talk about lifetime &amp;nbsp;guarantee she seems so genuine however this has been nothing but frustrating. Why is this so complicated?&lt;/P&gt;
