      <description>&lt;P&gt;I noticed this last night on my home computer using a Chrome browser on Windows 7, and when I just checked it on my office computer using Chrome and Edge browsers on Windows 10, I have the same problem—the "My Saved Items" section of the cart has disappeared. Interestingly, the two items I placed in my cart yesterday afternoon are still in the active cart; when I clicked "Save for Later" on one of them, it vanished (probably because there was nowhere for it to go).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is anyone else experiencing this issue?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.qvc.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/206357"&gt;@loriqvc&lt;/a&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I depend on that 'save for later' list, now that I use it in place of the 'wish list' they messed up.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I know of no other website that has constant problems with one browser vs. another, like QVC.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;All other websites I use can seem to work properly regardless of which browser or type of&amp;nbsp;device you use, I just don't understand why a Corp. as big as QVC can't.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Maybe it's because QVC now outsources it's IT Dept.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

W&lt;SPAN&gt;e had a poster that was having issues with the website and our IT Department said "Customers who are facing the issue, may be using an old browser version. We are not seeing any issues in the new browser version 11.1".&amp;nbsp; You may want to try updating your browser and clearing your cookies. In the meantime I will forward this issue to our IT Department so that they can research it.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.qvc.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/206357"&gt;@loriqvc&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; I'm having the same problem, and got the same canned answer.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;a few days ago I had about&amp;nbsp;10 recent items in Save for Later. they all disappeared at once and now any item in my cart where I select Save for Later vanishes.&amp;nbsp;orders get placed ok &amp;amp; wishlist still works, but Save for Later&amp;nbsp;sends items into the abyss.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;3 devices, chrome and edge browsers (latest versions) with cleared cache and cookies, android app reinstalled.&amp;nbsp; other than clearing cache &amp;amp; cookies, haven't changed any settings. I don't think it's "us." &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
