My Saved Items section of cart disappeared...

I noticed this last night on my home computer using a Chrome browser on Windows 7, and when I just checked it on my office computer using Chrome and Edge browsers on Windows 10, I have the same problem—the "My Saved Items" section of the cart has disappeared. Interestingly, the two items I placed in my cart yesterday afternoon are still in the active cart; when I clicked "Save for Later" on one of them, it vanished (probably because there was nowhere for it to go).

Is anyone else experiencing this issue?

I use Windows 8.1 and IE browser and my saved for later items are still there and have been all day.

@KingstonsMom - Thanks for sharing; I hope my cart returns to normal soon. It's not a huge deal, but it is quite strange...

I depend on that 'save for later' list, now that I use it in place of the 'wish list' they messed up.

I know of no other website that has constant problems with one browser vs. another, like QVC.

All other websites I use can seem to work properly regardless of which browser or type of device you use, I just don't understand why a Corp. as big as QVC can't.

Maybe it's because QVC now outsources it's IT Dept.

Mine did the same thing a few weeks ago. I switched to the wish list for as many as I could remember.

@Laura14 - Yikes. I guess I'd better be mindful of what I put in my cart from now on just in case, or go back to using the Wish List, even though it is fairly annoying in its current state. Hmmmm...

I guess I should also ask these followup questions:

Moderators, is the My Saved Items feature going away? If not, is this random disappearance a known issue that is being addressed?

Hi @loriqvc I am so sorry you are having difficulty with your cart. We had a poster that was having issues with the website and our IT Department said "Customers who are facing the issue, may be using an old browser version. We are not seeing any issues in the new browser version 11.1". You may want to try updating your browser and clearing your cookies. In the meantime I will forward this issue to our IT Department so that they can research it.

Thanks, @Anonymous. As I mentioned in my original post, I cannot see "My Saved Items" across multiple browsers and operating systems on two separate computers, so I don't think the problem is on my side.

@loriqvc I'm having the same problem, and got the same canned answer.

a few days ago I had about 10 recent items in Save for Later. they all disappeared at once and now any item in my cart where I select Save for Later vanishes. orders get placed ok & wishlist still works, but Save for Later sends items into the abyss.

3 devices, chrome and edge browsers (latest versions) with cleared cache and cookies, android app reinstalled. other than clearing cache & cookies, haven't changed any settings. I don't think it's "us."

UPDATE:

I just discovered that when I sign out and put items into my cart, and then from Cart to Save for Later, they are visible below my cart UNTIL I SIGN IN - then they disappear again :-(((

@loriqvc. I agree. For a company the size of QVC they have more glitches on their website. Half the world use either IPads of Iphones which use Safari genrallybyet QVC is always blaming browsers. Fix your day. Website QVC. THIS IS RIDICULOUS!!!
