    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;OK Ladies here's the update, Wayne-QVC emailed me with great news, my charge card was credited with the difference. How is that for awesome! Thanks again friends for your help with my issue. This whole thing really restores my faith in people doing the right thing and its just good business. The lesson for me is if you feel you have a valid issue persue it.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="arial black,avant garde"&gt;I purchased a leather handbag a couple of weeks ago. While browsing on QVC yesterday I found the same bag on clearence for $46 less so I called customer service to see what my options were. I asked if they would credit my purchase for the difference as many retailers do this. NOT QVC! His suggestion was to return the bag which would cost $6.95 and get a refund less the shipping (more $$$ out of pocket) and buy the one on clearance and get charged shipping and handling again. When I complained his response was at least I would be saving some money. I am very unhappy with this outcome. Does anyone else feel my pain. QVC please feel free to contact me. Oh, by the way the bag is going back and I am not going to purchase another one Sorry Aimee maybe you can talk to QVC about their pricing policies.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Since your bag is on clearance, call back to C.S. and ask for the price adjustment due to the Clearance special that is on now. Since it hasn't been over 30 days they should do it for you since a handbag is an accy. Good Luck.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have never had a problem being refunded the difference when the price is reduced within 30 days. &amp;nbsp;With the reduced clearance today, I went back and reviewed my orders. &amp;nbsp;Just got off the phone with CS. &amp;nbsp;Got a credit on a Marc Fisher purse and Lisa Rinna Vest. &amp;nbsp;The vest was on clearance when I bought it over 3&amp;nbsp;weeks ago. &amp;nbsp;The Marc Fisher bag I purchased &amp;nbsp;was at a &amp;nbsp;nightly special clearance price about 2 1/2 weeks ago. Between the 2 items, I am getting a credit for just over $25 dollars.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
