    <description>&lt;P&gt;So I FINALLY spoke to someone to verify my order and payment info.&amp;nbsp; She said everything checked out and I would get an email once shipped.&amp;nbsp; That was a few days ago and my order still says "IN PROCESS"&amp;nbsp; why is that?&amp;nbsp; How long does it take after I verify my account for shipment to happen?&amp;nbsp; I have given up all hope of xmas delivery as I just want it to arrive at all at this point.&amp;nbsp; I also wanted to add one more iteam&amp;nbsp; on easy pay as 6 pay option is temporary on this iteam but I am affriad if I add another iteam it will somehow put everything on hold again.....help &lt;img id="smileysad" class="emoticon emoticon-smileysad" src="https://community.qvc.com/i/smilies/16x16_smiley-sad.png" alt="Smiley Sad" title="Smiley Sad" /&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
