    <description>&lt;P&gt;Everything I've tried to order since midnight that is supposed to be guaranteed delivery by 12/24 at no extra charge until 11:59 am ET either doesn't show that as an option on checkout (Kipling handbags showed 12/27 standard, 12/21 express for $3 extra), or shows it as an option, but doesn't give it to you when you finalize&amp;nbsp; your order.&amp;nbsp; I chose express delivery for the handbags, showed 12/21 est. delivery, but on the final order it shows est. delivery of 12/24 for the extra $3 I paid.&amp;nbsp; Another item I ordered did show holiday delivery, I chose express at $3 extra for 12/21 delivery and the same thing happened - when you place the order it shows est. delivery 12/24.&amp;nbsp; What did i pay the extra money for?&amp;nbsp; This is the delivery option that is supposed to kick in at noon ET, but they have evidently changed the computers ahead of schedule so you don't get the delivery date you are trying to get at the correct price.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I tried this on other items that are listed as quaranteed at no extra charge by 12/24 and none of them has come up properly when you get to the page to place your order.&amp;nbsp; I know this soundes confusing, hope you can figure out what I'm talking about.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Well I talked to customer service and they refunded the extra charge for the express delivery which was supposed to be for delivery on the 21st, so I did receive the holiday guaranteed shipping for the 24th.&amp;nbsp; But what I really wanted was to pay the extra $6 for the express delivery.&amp;nbsp; She checked to see if the order could be cancelled and start over to get the express delivery date of the 21st, but she said that date was only available for the premium shipping date for a lot more money.&amp;nbsp; After I hung up I tried placing the order on line again on my own, still gives me the option of express delivery for the 21st at $3 extra per handbag (I ordered 2), and premium for delivery on the 20th, but when you get to the final page the date for express delivery&amp;nbsp; changes to the 24th.&amp;nbsp; I feel they should honor the 21st delivery date since I placed the order before the 11:59 am ET deadline for the expedited shipping, not say I have to choose premium for that date, since they clearly offer it on the order form where you choose shipping and the new rates for expedited shipping don't kick in until noon ET today.&amp;nbsp; (I placed the original order around 2 am ET today).&amp;nbsp; We exchange gifts on the 24th and these most likely won't arrive in time for our get together.&amp;nbsp; Oh well, I guess I'll&amp;nbsp; live lol.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;While shopping early is a worthy goal, there are all sorts of reasons, beside procrastination, that people shop at the last minute.&amp;nbsp; I was going to give my DIL a gift card, until my son gave me her gift idea just yesterday.&amp;nbsp; I ordered it from Bed Bath &amp;amp; Beyond and hope it arrives on time.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If QVC or any other retailer is going to guarantee delivery by Dec. 24, they should get their act together to make sure it is easy to place the order and it arrives as promised, to the best of their ability.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
