I am sorry that you were charged for all the returns. I think it makes sense when you would not be charged a return fee to send it separately to avoid having to follow up on your returns. In the future, if you wish to return multiple items together you could just send me a heads up to monitor the returns.

I'm wondering how the Q feels about this...a customer returning more than one order in the same package/box...paying the shipping up front, of course. I think it should be okay. Let's say there are three fashion orders, each in it's original mailing bag, all put together in one box...in their original packages..

@Beth-QVC @Kim-QVC @Anonymous @Melvin-QVC Can any of you say if this is acceptable?

It seems like a good idea to me, especially after the holidays. Why put multiple packages into the system when you can make it only one to keep track of?

Thanks in advance.

The only issue I encountered was that there seemed to be a slightly slower processing of the returns once the package arrived at the Q, but I did get all of my refunds without even having to contact customer service. Your approach of including all the packing slips with their codes and making it clear which items they match up with is great. Good luck!

That's the only way to try clothes from the Q. Order a bunch during free shipping events. Anything you don't like or does not fit you could ship back in 1 box. Sounds like a good idea to me.

You pay return shipping so Q does not need to deduct anything for shipping costs. Plus if you order when they have free shipping you would not be out that money either.

You may place more than one item in the package for return and you should only pay for one return label fee. It does slow the processing a bit but is well worth to save $$$$. Please remember though to return all "like" items in the same package ie apparel, jewelry etc. Returns are processed in different warehouses and if we have to process one in one center and then send it on, that will signficantly delay the processing.

And I was charged the return fee for the other items - even though the return shipping fee costs were covered with the 1 waived item! The CS rep tried to justify the return shipping fee being charged to the several items, I spoke with a supervisor and straightened it out.

Now, anytime a return shipping fee is being waived, I just send the item back on it's own.

They charged me once or twice like this, I believe. Once I had the same scenerio as the other poster with multiple returns and one item had the shipping waived. I was well within the weight requirements. I thought that was a horrible way to treat customers!

Does it matter which one of the return labels you use? Isn't the customer taking a risk doing this because if the package is lost there is no record of multiple items in the package? Or do you put all the labels on it? That doesn't make sense. Is there any corporate policy?

I'd really like to know asap as, right now, I have three separate return packages all set to go to the P.O. since yesterday! Thanks!

Please use one of the labels on the outside of the box and place the labels for the other items in the box. That is so the warehouse can easily scan all items. All QVC error returns, defective damaged etc. do not incur the return label fee. For example, if you have 3 apparel items in one package for return; one is defective so no charge but the other 2 you just don't like the way they fit. There should be only one return label fee.

I am sorry for the treatment you received from our customer service reps. After you mail your 3 returns, if you wouldl like to give us the heads up we can monitor the return for you.

Okay...I returned two orders in their original bags in one/my own box. I wrote the address on the box and forgot to put any other kind of label on the outside. The return form for each order was in the original bag in the box.

I mailed the box at the PO last Saturday morning (the 22d). I got emails today that the items were received and my account was credited.

It did look like I was charged one return fee. A quick call to customer service and that was taken care of.

So...kudos to Q! 👍

And thanks!
