Never fails.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;over and over.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;The little 2nd box for pw won’t appear on any entry for me.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;So forinstance, I cannot see/track orders.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.qvc.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/32447"&gt;@LTT1&lt;/a&gt;.&amp;nbsp; Have you downloaded another browser you can use?&amp;nbsp; People are having trouble with Safari and QVC, so I'd have another browser ready in case of trouble.&amp;nbsp; I don't have Safari but I have 3 browsers on my tablet just in case one goes wonky.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

The situation seems to be solved for now!&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3" color="#000080"&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://community.qvc.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/32447"&gt;@LTT1&lt;/a&gt;,&amp;nbsp; What happens when you try to use Safari?&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;What kind of device, and which operating system version and browser version?&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3" color="#000080"&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; I have an older iMac (macOS High Sierra v. 10.13.6) and I can sign in here with no problem using:&amp;nbsp; Google Chrome v. 71.0.3578.98, Firefox v. 64.0, Safari v. 12.0.2.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;(I just tried again with Safari to be sure, and no troubles there.)&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3" color="#000080"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3" color="#000080"&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; I also can sign in on my iPhone 5 and iPad 3 and 6 using Safari (all of the mobile devices have the most recent software versions).&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3" color="#000080"&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3" color="#000080"&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://community.qvc.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/35228"&gt;@Kachina624&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;is correct that the full desktop Safari used on computers can be very problematic on the Q -- however, the mobile version used by iPads and iPhones usually is fine.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3" color="#000080"&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; Personally, I prefer either Chrome or Firefox on my iMac and Safari on my iPads and iPhone.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; I don't quite understand&amp;nbsp;the&amp;nbsp;problem you describe with Chrome...&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;I have the full version installed on my Mac and use it daily (that's what I'm using right now to type this)&amp;nbsp;and it works well.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Sorry you're having problems --&amp;nbsp;I know how frustrating the glitches on this site can be!🌻 &amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Clear cookies, cache and website data in Safari.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3" color="#333399"&gt;(Go to Settings, then choose Safari, then choose "Clear History and Website Data" and tap "Clear" when you see the popup.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3" color="#333399"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Try a simple “Restart”&lt;BR /&gt;Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button until the red slider appears.&lt;BR /&gt;Drag the slider to turn your device completely off.&lt;BR /&gt;After the device turns off, press and hold the Sleep/Wake button again until you see the Apple logo.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;7.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;
