      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I placed my order earlier this week. Just got an email from customer care this morning to call them to verify my information.&amp;nbsp; I immediately called, got transfered to the finance department then was told an account specalist was unavailable and someone would call me back. I called again around noon, same thing.&amp;nbsp; I just got off the phone AGAIN and was told the same thing. I asked to speak to a supervisor, I was told there were no supervisors. I asked to wait on hold for an account specialist, I was told I could only be placed on hold once for a "moment". I was ALSO told that if I miss their call back, I would have to start the process over again. NOT OK....I need this gift before Christmas. It is the only thing my son asked for. This is terrible.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Good luck. Qvc now sends emails that orders are accepted then days later they send out another email that the item is not available or something else that stalls the order. Ihad that happen with a black friday item. They sent me an email that said the item was not available even though they were still selling the same item online at the time. I no longer purchase any gifts from Q. I only purchase items that are NOT available elsewhere and they are for me. I do not want to disappoint someone else. I have had items cancelled by Q five days after I placed an order that went through, In the old days, items were shipped the day after the order were through.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
