      <description>Placed order on 12/7 and it updated to contact cs on 12/11 when I call cs I get transferred to a voicemail which I leave my information or told i’d Get a call back and haven’t received that. Can I get some assistance the edd was supposed to be on 12/14 and item hasn’t even shipped yet. It’s a Christmas present for my son I need this resolved quick thanks</description>
