Jr. Cheesecake debacle

Last year ordered the cheesecake it arrived on its side smashed to oblivion, I was told a replacement would be sent out immediately, it never arrived.

Fast forward to this year, I ordered the cheesecake sampler it was out for shipment Dec 4th. No other tracking available after that. I called customer service and no one knows where they are! I give up and got a refund but,

Why cant I get a cheesecake here?? What’s the problem?

Oh well looks like ice cream for my holiday. Hope this has not happened to anyone else.

Very frustrated just wanted to vent I guess. 😭😭😭😭😭

Go to their website and see if you can order it in time for the holiday.

i am sorry you had this experience .... and I hate to rub it in .. but

they really are delicious !!!

If you ever get one it will be worth it ....

My friend had the same terrible experience with them and she ordered right from their website. Their response was sorry, we were too busy to ship it out. And that was about three weeks ago. They needed it for a special event. I don't trust them at all between that and reading your experience.

i ordered landies pretzels with gift boxes in August...advance order....for christmas gifts....was informed a couple of days ago that they won't ship until after the holiday!!

@godi@There is a recipe online for easy no bake cheesecakes.You make in muffin cups.The crust is a vanilla wafer and then you whip up the cream cheese with sugar and top them with canned pie filling of your flavor choice...really good and very easy

Maybe it was held up due to Bush funeral. I had 2 packages delayed. I got one today & hope the other comes tomorrow. It was odd as all tracking dropped off this morning. Now the one I have not received is saying out for delivery so that is why I am hoping I get it tomorrow.

I completely forgot. They are in many supermarkets. Look around the freezer section near frozen cake or ice cream. I have bought them many times and they are very good.

Sorry for your bad luck. I'd just go to any large grocery store to find a comparable product, probably at a better price.

I would go to my neighborhood bakery, if you have one, and order a cheesecake. I will say that Junior's is excellent, and I just brought a piece home from their NYC restaurant earlier in the week--so good.

I have been ordering Jr's cheesecakes and later cakes for a few years and I have never had a problem with the delivery or the way they arrive. I have quite a few of them in my freezer. I feel badly that you are having problems.

@godi ..... consider yourself lucky .... Juniors is a very overrated & overpriced cheesecake .... it’s just OK 🙃

Several years I had an issue with my order being stuck at a warehouse and now I just make the Junior's original cheesecake from their cookbook and it actually tastes the same as when I ordered it. The most time consuming part is making the spongecake base but sure is well worth it. If you are used to Junior's - well the cheapo ones using graham cracker crusts claiming to be cheesecake just are not the same plus the filling is much richer and tastier than any cheesecalke I have ever had!!!

Go to Walmart and buy a frozen Cheesecake Factory cheesecake - they're great.

The only time I ordered a Junior’s Cheesecake from QVC, it arrived in a wet box. I don’t know who was to blame but I never ordered another one.

Junior's makes a good cheesecake, but I like the ones from Costco and Wegman's better.
