    <description>&lt;P&gt;I've had that happen too! I think it depends on time of day. I find if it is near midnight they tend not to "be able" to cancel orders.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I ordered some Lock and Lock and changed my mind to order a different set. &amp;nbsp;My order was only a couple of hours old yet I couldn't cancel the orginal order. &amp;nbsp;Customer service will refund my return charges but I wonder why an order that is just hours old can't be canceled. &amp;nbsp;Perhaps once the customer gets it they won't return it because of the return charges? &amp;nbsp;Not fair QVC!!!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Yes, and most orders-especially lock n lock-take several days to process before they are shipped. &amp;nbsp;I would think that within a few hours cancellation would be possible. &amp;nbsp;But I know my sister was unable to cancel that Keurig TSV in December after only a few minutes and it took a week before it was shipped. Also happened with some other items she ordered. &amp;nbsp;I believe they changed their policy a few year ago becasue I know it used to be possible. Think they want to discourage order changes.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;When I'm not sure about a color or something else on an item, I usually place my order (on-line) using the "check" payment.....then&amp;nbsp;I can make changes to "edit"&amp;nbsp;or "cancel" it.&amp;nbsp; Editing also includes changing the payment method..........&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Exactly how long should QVC wait before processing your orders?&amp;nbsp; 1 hour? 2? 5? 12?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Few online retailers allow canvellations after one places an order in their cart, goes through the check out process, and then confirms that the order is, indeed, accurate.&amp;nbsp; Why should the retailer the have to wait for someone to decide if they really meant to place the order?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The solution is, of course, to be sure one relly wants and item before placing the order.&amp;nbsp; If in doubt, simply wait until one is sure.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have found that sometimes the next day I an cancel it but not within a few hours of ordering it. &amp;nbsp;In addition, if its being shipped by the vendor, many times they won't let you cancel so you have to call Customer Service and let them know so that you will be a full refund of your S&amp;amp;H.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
