    <description>&lt;P&gt;Is the chat line working today? I can only see this option if I go to my order status and&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;I could open it to chat and then it "disappeared".. Now I can't&amp;nbsp; open it to start a chat.&amp;nbsp; What gives?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
