      <description>&lt;P&gt;I ordered 2 berkshire blankets for my bed, 1 for my mom for xmas also... I never had a problem with ordering from here before at all. but when my mom opened it i got only 1, and the wrong color??? I did contact qvc, and they are sending me another one out... hopefully the right color this time!!&amp;nbsp; But i have my doubts considering the 1st order wasnt even right. Like i said this is the 1st time this has happened, and they were nice to me with sending me another one... Anyone else have problems with ordering?&amp;nbsp; I wonder if qvc is starting to go downhill a little... I was totally shocked. Someone definetely was messed up that day.. Like i said never a problem before, i was just wondering if others have been having issues.. This wont make me stop ordering from them, i'm just dissapointed, and wondering if they will even get my wrong order color even right this time....&lt;/P&gt;</description>
