    <description>&lt;P&gt;This is just a way to prevent people from cancelling orders.&amp;nbsp; Ship time hasn't changed - in fact I think it is worse now that QVC tries to ship multiple orders in one box.&amp;nbsp; It's bad enough you have to track returns to make sure you get a proper refund.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Placed an order 2 weeks ago, Still in processing. Won't let me cancel. Ridiculous. Now live chat tells me I have to get it and send back and they would be happy to waive the return fee. This is pathetic.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;Do not open it.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;When it arrives write " return to sender" on the package and mail it back by dropping in a mailbox or leaving for your carrier.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
