      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello CS.....I returned a few items all together in one box...Dennis Basso Fur coat and 2 jewelry items were enclosed for refund also.&amp;nbsp; (Tova Necklace &amp;amp; Diamonique Ring) All went back to same address as listed on receipts.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;They have had the returned package since 11/6....would you be able to see when they will be processing the refunds for these items??&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I recently sent several items back in one box always making sure the adresses are the same. My PO tracing # showed it was received by Q on the 7th but they just listed my refund - a week later. Seems kinda slow. I'd call them.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Got a email from you and responded yes to the items...then got another saying return for fur coat but nothing on the 2 jewelry items in same box....Tova necklace and Diamonique ring 9/13 it was ordered on waitlist.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Please help me out with this</description>
