Who should I contact to arrange for jewelry repair?

Good morning,

I have a couple pieces of jewelry that need repairing and I bought them from QVC. Does QVC have a place that I can contact to have them repaired?

1. A lapis bead necklace where the finding detached from the one side where it fastens

2. A Genesi pendant had a diamonique fall out. I have the stone; it just needs to be reset

I aso have 2 ripka pieces that need repairs. The old address I used is no longer valid (weborders@judithrikpa.com).

So, who should I contact for these repairs?

1. broken post on earring

2. diamonique stone fell out of ring - I have the stone

I have a 14k ring with three different bezel set (fairly large) teardrop gemstones from QVC. I usually rotate my rings and I recently wore it a few times and then one day I picked it up to wear and one of the stones was missing. I was planning to just take it to sell for the gold because I can't wear it like it is and I doubt I could find a gemstone to fit.

I also have a 14K garnet tennis bracelet from QVC that came apart at a link. Someday I plan to take it to a jeweler to see if it cane be repaired.

All of the 14K Eterna Gold bangles I own from years past have dents in them. Only once did I return one for replacement.

I no longer buy jewelry from QVC and haven't for a while.

@cosmic1 QVC will only repair Jewelry that has a Diamonique Stone. We will either replace or repair the Diamonique simulated diamond in its original setting should it become damaged.

You will need proof of purchase. At the top of the note or invoice please indicate that this is a "DIAMONIQUE REPAIR". This will help ensure that the item is sent to the repair facility and not processed automatically as a return. If we cannot repair the item we will issue a refund.

There are no jewelers that do repairs in the area where I live. We are in the boondocks, even the town. :-)

Okay, that is a bust anyway. The Genesi pendant is white topaz and my account history only goes back to part of 2015. The JR 14K Clad Green goddess ring was purchased prior to that and I don't keep my invoices after a couple of months.

@cosmic1 I think you can call customer service and they can go through your account history back to the beginning and find it for you.

I did that one time for a T-Fal warranty replacement.

Call Customer Service and ask them. I lost several diamonds out of a ring in the first year and they replaced the ring (it was affinity). They may refer you to the manufacturer depending on the warranty. If there is no warranty then you may be on your own.

If it's a Diamonique piece, be prepared for a long wait. I sent in a Diamonique earring to the address I was given by CS.

They said it would be repaired within four to six weeks.

Took over three months.
