Wish list issue

Good morning ,

It has been 2 days now that I have been unable to remove anything from my wish list.

I get a message that says 'Wish List is unavailable right now. Please try later'

Not a life changing issue, just annoying.

I haven't had any issues in fact I just deleted a few things from my wish list.

@clarika about 2 weeks ago I kept getting that message when I tried to access the wish list late at night from my desktop. I found that clicking on the wish list button immediately after getting that message allowed me to eventually add the item on the wish list. I also had to clear out my cookies and browsing history in the web browser and then sign out of the QVC site. When I signed back in the problem was resolved. I don't know if this will help you but it may be work a try.

I think the issue may be due to the Q pushing updates to the site during the same time I am attempting to access the wish list.

SN: On my IPad, after updating the the app all issues were also cleared.

@clarika I am sorry to see you are having this issue, I will report this to out IT Team so they can take a look.
