      <title>Order STILL in process</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Is there not any way that QVC can get information on an item that is still sitting In Process.&amp;nbsp; I have called and gotten no answers.&amp;nbsp; Would just like any info on what is taking so long.&amp;nbsp; I've never had to wait very long for an item to ship.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;When you spend several hundred dollars, it makes NO sense to me that QVC says they cannot track an item.&amp;nbsp; How is that possible, not being able to track where an item is at?&amp;nbsp; And, of course, no help from QVC, at all.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
