      <description>&lt;P&gt;I shipped two items back on January 11 and I paid the shipping using the other return label.&amp;nbsp; My tracking shows they were delivered on January 31 but still are not showing up as returned.&amp;nbsp; This seems like an awfully long time.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I returned an item in Jan 20 using the smart return label. Tracking said it was picked up by the agent that same day. As of Feb. 20 the Q had no information on it but CS refunded me because it is obviously lost or lying around somewhere. In contrast I returned an item to HSN last Friday 2-7. On a Tuesday 2-11, I had an email confirmation from HSN acknowledging the return and refund. Why can HSN handle returns and refunds where QVC can’t seem to get right.</description>
