    <description>&lt;P&gt;QVC received two items on 10/17/2018 according to USPS tracking number. I have not heard anything from QVC . . . and they are still using my money! NOT A HAPPY CAMPER. Customer Service won't do anything until "it 10 days have elapsed." That's their accounting procedures (to use our money apparently).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Wonder is I used PAYPAL if returns would be credited in a timely manner? &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I don't get what's going on with return tracking info for the Q. In the past, I was able to go on the Q site and track the movement of the package. I would know what state it was in etc... decent tracking. Now, all I see is &lt;EM&gt;USPS In Possession Of Item&lt;/EM&gt; which is not telling me anything. When I use the USPS tracking # from my paper receipt it shows it was picked up by an "agent" and that's as far as it will track. So that's no help either. Who is the agent and where's that tracking #. The tracking # given on the Q site is not an actual tracking #.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I guess I'm just wondering why the sudden change in transparency. I can no longer see anything that tells me where my return is and whether I'm waiting in vain for my money back while they got it a week ago or whether it's out there lost in neverland.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;With my OrPaz return recently, 10 days had gone by with NO updates. I called and they refunded me as a courtesy ( it was under 10 dollars). No explanation as to the lack of tracking info.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Its bothering me that I may never see any update on what exactly happened to my Dyson return. All I know is that I'd better see my money back and soon lol.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;I'm having the same issue with a SmartPost return from Evine so it's not only the Q.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;No email your return is on it's way. Dropped it off at USPS, the agent got it the next day. Taken 11 days to get from MI to IN. Still not back in KY. They're hoping by this Fri. Then another 3-5 days for a refund. No courtesy refund on a pricey lamp.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;This girl's done.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Return tracking has become very frustrating, from the lack of ability to easily track items to the length of time&amp;nbsp;it takes for delivery.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Once your item has&amp;nbsp;reached the "Delivered to Agent" or "Tendered to Returns Agent" status, wait 24 hours, and then you can usually get at least some progress details by entering your tracking number on this site, run by Newgistics:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="http://www.tracking.smartlabel.com/" target="_blank"&gt;http://www.tracking.smartlabel.com/&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You will typically be able to see the major hub stops for the package, and depending on the service track and area, you can sometimes even see all the hub stops until the package reaches its destination. I have found that the delivery status is often noted on the Newgistics site three or four days before QVC acknowledges receipt of the package. It is nice to have some peace of mind that your package isn't just sitting somewhere (though, sadly, that's often exactly what is happening for long stretches of the shipping process).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Good luck...&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I just finished looking up tracking info in my account.&amp;nbsp; It showed all the movements.&amp;nbsp; Maybe your package isn't moving.&amp;nbsp; Mine left quicky, but then sat in Chicago for 5 days.&amp;nbsp; It took 10 days to travel 1000 miles.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;There's some pretty scary reviews of Newgistics online.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;I usually return items via UPS and pay for it myself when returning items &amp;nbsp;but the Q doesn't seem to acknowledge a return unless it's sent via Smartpost.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

You'll notice the delivery date and time received by QVC are notated on the last tracking item. To me, that's helpful. From there, I know my package has arrived and is in their hands. I'm ready and waiting for my credit. It ALWAYS takes a minimum of 10 additional days for QVC to issue a credit . . . and only because I call and ask for it. I find that method of business unsatisfactory. They are using my money. Doesn't that tell us they are in huge trouble?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am highly disappointed in the return process. &amp;nbsp;I returned two things recently. Both expensive items. One was six days ago, hand carried to USPS. Return tracking info indicates status unavailable. &amp;nbsp;The other one shows delivery of 10/16. &amp;nbsp;Where’s my 535$? &amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;On the other hand I ordered Xmas lights on 10/4, shipped on 10/9 have not received yet. &amp;nbsp;Called yesterday and they are sending another set.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Shopping QVC has caused me extra work/anxiety I don’t need. Further purchases will be limited.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;well update..... ( perhaps because i made this thread lol) is that the return was recieved and refund inititiated. I don't recall get any any email stating this but it says the Dyson item was returned so I will assume my money is on it's merry way lol.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
