Attn Mods: Waitlist items and Advance Order items are NOT showing when processing or shipping.

In the past 2 weeks, I've had items ship to me with no notification. They don't show up in my "Order List", they disappear from the "Advanced Order/Waitlist" section. There is NO record of the item anywhere. The only way I find out is by calling CS and asking what happened to XYZ as it has disappeared from my List. Can you please look into this? Thank you!

@SahmIam I am sorry this is happening, I will check your preferences for notification for you. I can say in the last week or so I have seen several others having an issue like this.
