Bags and Shipping Containers

The bags no longer come with the peel seal? I have to staple and tape. Many complaints about multiple items in a box with individual shipping fees. Items arriving in a wrinkled balls. I remember years ago our Q items all came in a nice box and often a hanger. Times change.

@Gorgf I think that happens with items that are sent directly from the manufacturer, rather than from QVC warehouse.

@GorgfI buy few Q clothes so maybe that's why I haven't been the victim of a shipping mess here. I know it could still happen. QVC isn't alone on this.

As for the complaints about shipping multiple items in one bag, I'm of 2 minds. First, I do think they should be trying to find a way to compensate for that somewhat. Someone still has to handle all the items and the shipping materials and postage can be more for two or three things than one, so totally eliminating the extra cost might be hard - but lots of buyers would like to see even a dollar per extra item removed (or should I say I would).

Secondly, though, I'm pleased they may be sending fewer boxes and bags to thousands of customers a week - it's a small victory for the environment, but we need everyone of those we can get. I know that in my house I try to reuse all the boxes, but the plastic bags go right into garbage as soon as I know I'm keeping the item.
