    <description>Did you notice the condition of the Jai bag? I mention it only because I recently received a $329 Jai bracelet in a box and a bag that was stained and crumpled. I bought 2 bracelets a few weeks ago and have returned both. The clasp on the one I mentioned was too difficult to open. The other one wouldn't stay closed. I must start reading reviews BEFORE I buy. Had I done that in these cases I would have found that these same problems were experienced by more than a just a few customers. Am disappointed due to this and other product quality issues. QVC used to be #1 for me but not any more. There's a noticeable change in sales and customer service to some of the hosts saying anything you want to hear to sell an item and being too obvious about it.</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Just received Judith Ripka’s beautiful Lavender Quartzite ring J330457, however it was packaged in a Jai bag and box. &amp;nbsp;Before I opened it, I thought they had sent me the wrong item!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
